You can tag knowledge base articles with TAGS. Now you can configure your support portal to display these tags:
- If you use Portal Profile, please goto Account -> Setup -> External Portal -> Portal Profiles -> Portal Profile Detail, in the [Knowledge] section, choose ‘Top Tags’ as one of the sidebar display widgets.
