If you are currently selling Professional Services (e.g. On-Site Support, Consulting, Training, CPA Planning, or Expert Subject Assistance), then you either bill BEFORE or AFTER the service is rendered.
With EBSuite you can sell a RETAINER to your customer then charge your Professional Service activity against the Retainer.
