When was your last “Customer Touch” – last activity tracking

In your EBSuite account you can track the last activity on a contact/organization record by the Last Update Date then sort by that date in a View to see the most recent updates.

Now you can setup a perpetual history field where your “last touch” notes can be stored like: “attended seminar”, “called to follow up”, or “said Hello at the Chamber Meeting”

Create a new custom field called “Long Test Log (append)” then you can capture and see the “last touch” history of your Contacts and Organizations.
