Call History – Company Perspective
The Introduction of Call Management in EBSuite has been very successful. Incoming Calls, Outgoing Calls and Scheduled Calls all can be managed, tracked and reported.
Of course, call tracking is specific to Contact activity since a contact is usually the target of a call. However, wouldn’t it be helpful if you could see all of that call activity from the Organization (or Company) perspective so you could see who was being contacted within the Contact’s Company?
Yes! Of course!
Now we have a Calls Tab in the Organization (Company) record that gives you the “call roll-up” history.
