Know part of the name or the phone number – Use Open Searches
The Open Search tools found within the Side Bar or at the top of any display page give the user a way to do an “open” search of any match in the database within many of the standard data fields.
For example – suppose you know the phone number or just the City your contact lives in. With an open search you can find the entry in the database.
