Definition: Knowledge Base (short for subject matter knowledge database) – a repository of information commonly required to be shared with constituents who are adopting the use of a new product or methodology. Sometimes referred to as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). The Knowledge Base is commonly organized by product category, product type, tag words, popularity or chronologically.
With the EBSuite Customer Portal (part of the Support Module or Premium Edition) the Customer Portal is included for your configuration and authoring.
