Expanded Help Resources
Your EBSuite development team has been busy creating a Help area that offers a number of resources and tips for implementing new and existing EBSuite capabilities.
To get to the new Help area in your account, have your Administrator change the Help button URL. As an Administrator (you should be in the Administrator Role), go to the Admin Tab:
Admin > Organization Profile > Application help System URL and change the Application Default to: ozCmnHelp.jsp
Once you submit your changes, you and the other users will be able to visit the new Help area by clicking the “Help” icon or word in your account.
