It is easy enough to Assign or Delegate a task, but how CAN YOU TRACK THE PROGRESS of an Assigned Task or Delegated Task

In EBSuite you have two ways to “birddog” the progress on the Tasks you Assign or Delegate.

A customer recently asked: “how can the person who assigns a task to another user get notified that the task has been opened…finished…etc.?”

There are two ways to do this: Task Delegation, or Email Notify.

Expose your calendar in blocked-out fashion (hide calendar contents) to allow visitors to request an appointment time

If you want to setup notification on a per opportunity basis, i.e only certain important opportunities will send out notifications, you should use the Page Layout tool, to include ‘Owner’ field in the opportunity detail page. Account -> Setup -> Opportunity -> Setup
