Closed Case Surveys

Who better to ask about the quality of your Support than the Customers themselves.  With the Support Questionnaires in EBSuite you can send closed case surveys to your customers and choose from any number of survey questionnaires.

The questionnaire you choose can be:

  • Standard 5 Star Survey w/ comment field
  • Standard Comprehensive Survey
  • Custom

How to send survey and review results for a Case/Ticket

EBSuite has always had the Survey feature, where you can

  1. Define your own survey,
  2. Link it to a case or have a it be the default survey for a custom portal
  3. And send out the survey link in an email.

Predefined Standard Survey

We’ve added / enhanced the survey features for Case and Knowledge

  • Standard Five-Star Knowledge Survey this survey will let your portal visitors give each knowledge article a score from 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest )
  • Standard Five Star Case Survey this survey will let the Case Contact/Client to rate the ticket handling
