Definition:  A View is the tabular listing of Contact, Orgs, Cases, Opportunities, etc that the User sees when the User goes to the Major Tab Heading in the EBSuite Application.

Customizing Columns in a summary view

In EBSuite CRM, several of the main entity types are ‘View’ based. In other words, for the summary view, you can choose what columns to display, and what search criteria (subset of rows)  to apply on. Organization / Contact / Opportunity / Case / Lead , etc. are all ‘View’ based.
